Colonel Roy D. Millar is at present assigned as the Project Manager, Non-Line-of-Sight or Enhanced Fiber Optic Guide Missile. Prior to this assignment, he had been the Deputy Program Executive Officer, Tactical Missiles, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, since June 1994, after serving as Project Manager for the Army Tri-Service Stand-off Attach Missile, (TSSAM) from June of 1993 until June of 1994. Colonel Millar was reviously assigned to the Program Executive Office, Missile Defense, where he served as the Deputy PEO from October 1992 until June 1993. He was previously assigned as Product Manager for PATRIOT Anti-Tactical Missile (ATM). As Product Manager, he was responsible for the development, acquisition, testing, and fielding of the PATRIOT ATM (PAC-II) deployed in Operation Desert Shield/Storm as well as management of the PATRIOT Multimode Seeker Preplanned Ploduct Improvement (P3I) which was initiated as part of a cooperative development program between Germany and United States that involved NATO agreements.
