Electronic Meeting Systems (EMS) is one of five specialized branches comprising the Interagency Applications Division (IA) of Information Systems Directorate Office within the Corporate Information
Center (CIC) of Redstone Arsenal's US Army

Rapid Application Development:
Collaborative decision support is particularly effective in our approach to Rapid Application Development. After starting with an organized business plan that is supported by activity models, many of the functional segments may be derived from facilitated sessions, such as the logical data models and application screen designs. By applying CASE technology to maximize reusable code generations, we have found that the life cycle of application development and deployment is greatly reduced.
